Psalm 100 says “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord.” At French Broad Baptist Church there are multiple ways to be involved with our worship ministry.
Heritage Choir
The Heritage Choir has an open enrollment throughout the year, and we welcome everyone with an interest in singing between the ages of 15 and 115! To participate in this wonderful group you will only need a few things: a heart that loves God, a desire to serve Him through music, and a commitment to rehearsal and worship times. No prior musical experience is required!
Regular rehearsals are held of Wednesdays from 7:30- 8:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary
Refresher rehearsals are Sundays at 10:45 a.m. in the Choir Room.
FBBC Worship Team
The FBBC Worship Team is an incredible opportunity for any looking to help lead in worship in a more contemporary format. From jazzy hymns to modern worship, the FBBC Worship team plays it all for the glory of God, This group has a heart for serving the Lord through the facilitation of worship ion our weekly gatherings.

FBBC Children’s Choir
The FBBC Kid’s Choir is open to children in the 1st through 5th grades and meets on Wednesday nights from 6:15 – 6:45 p.m. During this time, we incorporate singing, movement, instrument exploration, musical concept study, and learning about God and how we praise Him through music.
Youth Praise Team
The Youth Praise Team is open to students grade 6th through 12th and meets twice a month on Sunday night 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. During this time we incorporate music and praise to show and encourage students how to lead in worship.
Selah Strings
Selah Strings is open to 5th through 12th grade students and meets twice a month on Sunday night 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. During this time the students will be trained in using string instruments to help encourage and lead in worship.
